Default Can't find Private Browser on my PB

Please tell me I am not an . I can't find the private browser setting on my PB. I touch the "gear" button on the top right corner, but the closest thing to privacy and security is an option for security. Am i misunderstanding the instructions?

Once you click options on the top right options in the browser a menu appears on the right. Click privacy and security. Under that should be history, private browsing, block pop ups, accept cookies, enabled websockets, enable web inspector, and the options to clear cache and cookies.

What exactly are you looking for?

Swipe down from the top (while in the browser) not the corner, and then you'll find the 'options' tab. There, you'll find a 'privacy and security' setting.
