I FOR SOME REASON CANNOT LOG INTO MY EBAY ACCOUNT OR MY YOUTUBE ACCOUNT THROUGH MY PB, ITS NOT RECOGNIZING ANY OF MY PASSWORDS BUT CAN LOG IN JUST FINE VIA THE PC. I'VE LOGGED IN SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THROUGH THE TABLET BUT NOW I CAN'T. MY 4 YEAR OLD PLAYS WITH MY TABLET QUITE OFTEN SO I DONT KNOW IF HE'S CHANGED SOME SETTINGS, WHAT WENT WRONG??????PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ASAP

You might first restart or follow along

To fix an issue, try these in order:

Restart using the Battery Icon and press Restart

Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds. Then leave it for 20-30 seconds and see if it restarts.

To REBOOT:
Press and HOLD all three keys for about 10 - 20 seconds: PowerOn, VolUp and VolDown. Start with the PowerButton. Keep holding past the 3-choice options screen. If you hear a shutter type sound, you've taken a Screen Shot and probably missed the PowerButton.


Check if Private Browsing is enabled in the BROWSER's Option, and then possibly clear the history, cache and cookies.
