when i plug the PB into my mac nothing happens, i downloaded the desktop software for mac and when i start it says to connect device to continue, but when i connect it nothing happens? I have been trying eveything, nothing even shows up on the desktop? I did manage to connect to the PB wirelesly, but id really like to use the desktop software, please help.
