    I try to update my software to 10.3.1.1779 but everytime at the end of installing it says "The software update was interrupted. Please try again." I tried to update via BlackBerry Link, it also stopped. I have almost 1GB free space, and wifi is also ok. Can you help me with that? What can I do to update?

    Try shutting down everything (your computer, mobile and router) then restart them again and try to do the OS upgrading... I don't know, sometimes the very simple things in life that solved most problems is 'shutting down' and 'turning them on' again...
