Took the Playbook on holiday and forgot the password after 10 tries the playbook erased all data. Now when I tried to set the book up again I can't get by the select country because there is no drop down country list to choose from.

Not connected to WiFi as I am only at the second screen of setup. I can't do a rebuild because it wants me to do setup first. same with reinstalling the OS

I taught the Wi-Fi came before the country.

Go to your home router and open it up while you are setting up your PlayBook.

The agreements are server-sided so if you're not on WiFi you won't be able to get past that screen.
