Default Can battery health be improved?

I have Battery Guru and it shows health as 90% with 21 recharge count. Has it for a month now. i think it was manufactured in Sept 2011.

Are there steps how to improve that %?

I read through the other battery health forums, but nowhere did I found clear instructions if it is possible and how to do it.

Can somebody post steps if this is possble?

Using it until it shuts itself off and then fully charging it can increase the number but whether it actually makes the battery last longer is hard to say. Don't worry about it...

Have it quit smoking, it should exercise 3-4 times a week and feed it more vegetables. That should help.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure.

No, the actual battery health doesn't improve. The OS estimate of it on the other hand sometimes may.
