Camera Issue, please help

Hello all,

First of all, I love my playbook! I just can't get my hand off it.

Recently I discovered an issue with my playbook that concerns me, here's what happen:

- every time when I use the front 3 Megapixel camera (whether from the Camera application or the Video Chat application), the screen always displays lots of green lines across when the application first loads up (pls see the attachment), then after 15-20 seconds, the green lines disappeared and the image displayed on the screen looks perfectly fine.

- Is this a known issue or has anyone encountered the same problem that I have?
- Should I return it and ask for replacement or should I contact RIM support instead?

FYI, I recently update to OS version 1.0.8.6067, this problem exists before and after the OS update.

u probably want to send it out to RIM while its still under warranty which is entirely free to do. i cant say ive ever had that happen when i open the camera app

Its obvious that something is amiss with your PB. I suggest that you do a hard reset and if that dosent solve the problem get a replacement pronto.
