Default The browser keeps pissin me off!!!

So I bought this tablet thinking I was getting quality but boy was I wrong. First of all the browser doesn't support having multiple pages open. Approximately 4 out of 5 times that I have at least 3 tabs open, the browser ends up crashing on me when I either close a tab or switch to a previous one. This is starting to become annoying because I bought this POS for this reason (to be able to browse the web using multiple tabs if needed). For those who are die hard rim users, I don't want to hear that its being overloaded with big webpages and it may not handle it. I'm starting to give up on RIM and its $hi*tty products. I recently returned the Torch 9850 cause it was garbage. I picked up this Playbook cause of the price at Staples a few weeks ago, but with the experience I'm having with it I might as well return it too cause its acting up. From the recent BAD experiences I've had with BB, I have preordered the iPhone to alleviate the frustrations with BB smartphones, probably going with the iPad being that it's more reliable as well... Farewell BB it was somewhat good knowing you!!!

I have managed to crash the browser, but it was not due to multiple tabs open. I have up to 5 tabs open on occasion. I will try to get to the bottom of the crashes, but they are few and far between (2 times since I got the PB, total).

    Enjoy your new Apple products.

Just because you got a problem, who knows what whas the reason, even a faulty unit, these are not the basis to get to such conclutions, my PB and many others are operating flawless ... and This is a high quslity equipment, as a matter of fact one of the best I have known in 30 years of using computing devices... sorry for you.

Wow - hope that made you feel better. Glad I don't have an iPad so I won't have to read your rants in their forums. Why do people feel the need to do this? Just sell your pb and move on. Sheesh! I'd rather read useful threads in here....I'm just sayin'...

I suspect that this is a PBCAT issue.

Closing this before it gets (more) out of hand.
