Bridge stopped working (before update, still not working afterwards)

About 2 weeks ago my bridge stopped working completely... then, after a few days, it magically started working again. Then, after working for two days, it stopped working again and hasn't worked for almost a week! I've even downloaded the new updates, no help. I get to the point where I put in the numeric code on both the blackberry and playbook, and then my playbook gives me an unable to connect error.

Anyone else having a similar problem?

Try deleting the bluetooth connection on both your phone and playbook. Do a reboot on both devices and resync the bluetooth connections.

I just got a new BB phone and BBM bridge worked fine. Then I updated the phone OS and it stopped working. It said maybe BBM needed to be updated. So I updated that, again as I had already updated it yesterday, and still it doesn't work.

Could it be the bluetooth despite the other bridge apps functioning properly?

edit: Reseting the Bluetooth didn't fix it but the next time I was prompted that I did not accept the terms and conditions of the update... and then it worked fine.
