Ive had my PB a few days now and been quite happy with it to be honest.

Just updated my torch and now the BBM over bridge doesn�t work, it did, nothing changed as far as BBM contacts or even new conversation in the time i did the upgrade.
Now its broken, not impressed - error:
"Blackberry Bridge plugin for Blackberry Messenger does not exist, or your version of Blackberry Messenger does not support Blackberry Bridge"

Anyone else getting this? Ive found a thread on nerberry but i refuse to go through these 15 steps as it involved the ridiculous request of all your contacts re inviting you which is not only inappropriate but simply amateur.

Any advice would be great.

From what I have heard from a few other people when you upgrade your OS alot of times it installs a downgraded version of BBM you might want to make sure you have the newest version 5.0.3.22. I would also check to make sure your bridge is version 1.0.0.93.

Ok thanks for the reply, i re downloaded BBM on the torch and the problem seems to be resolved.

So far so good, very impressed with the PlayBook i must say.
