I don't want to lose the free mobile hotspot I have under 7.1.0.74 but I want the Bridge 2.0 to work. Am I able to upgrade to .267 OS and then switch out the hotspot files? If so, what files exactly do I swap out. I also presume all this can be accomplished by using BBSAK.

Just wanted to close this problem out for me at least:

1.) I installed the latest OS for my BB9900 (267)
    2.) Installed Playbook QNX 2.0
3.) Deleted both bluetooth configs for the Playbook and BB9900
4.) Setup Blackberry Bridge again pairing the devices

Everything came together just fine. My conclusion is that my previous BB9900 OS was incompatible with the new bridge.

    Hybrid1967,

I still show @ Mobile Hotspot available as a check option. However, I have not used it.

Had the same problem and i was going crazy! do a security wipe on both devices. Then Install Bridge 2.0 on your Blackberry, later restart your Playbook configuracion from the start and pair your blackberry using the QR code in the configuration tutorial. Voila! that didi it for me
