Helping Rimm plug their numbers and shore up their stock price, lol. Got one for myself on release day. Very happy with it thus far, especially the form factor. Getting one for a family member as a present as well, I am sure she will make good use of it carrying it around and using it at work during idle time. For apps, she has an iPod Touch, so that's not an issue at all. Portability and flash is a big factor for getting this over the iPad 2.
At home I don't mind an iPad 2, but for work and travel the Playbook is better suited for its uses.
Can't wait to see Rimm's Playbook sales figure for the next two quarters. Remember, 2 of them are mine!
Maybe when Rimm comes out with a 10" Playbook I will pick one up strictly for home use.
