    Also can anyone tell me what bluetooth devices can be paired with a playbook, I have a Blackberry 8800 which palybook tells me it is paired but will not connect with it and can you connect bluetooth headphones to a playbook or is it just a keybpard that will connect.

    Doesn't Matter
    You need at least OS 5 to bridge and yes the bluetooth now connections to headphones.

    Mine is paired with the car's "SYNC" and a pair of Rocketfish headphones. There is another thread about this, just search for rocketfish to find it.

    My bluetooth hearing aids work well with both Bold 9700 & Playbook bluetooth. :-)

    Have you tried removing any pairing you may have with them and re-pairing them?
