    Lightbulb Blaming Playbook for slow typing on Google search... Nah!

    For Google searches bookmark this address if you don't want any more waiting for typing. It basically turns off search suggestions (auto complete). Now typing searches is fast!

    Playbook rocks!

    One of my sons stayed over Christmas and brought his iPad with him. Just for fun we did a lot of download and web page render testing between his iPad and my PB - overall result was a draw! He was very impressed with the PB (and so was I)

    how come it slows to a craw in forums like crackberry and redflagdeals, as well as others?

    Never tried Redflagdeals (I'm in UK) but mine's fine on this site using Virgin Media cable broadband wifi.

    Generally, turning off Javascript (Browser Options), will speed up CB. But you do lose access to some drop down menus and/or Thanks/Likes/etc
