You have the latest. The version released by Telus is for their 4G/LTE models. It is the same version, just got approved by Telus.

Open the Browser. Swipe down from the top bezel, and then tap on "Settings".

I bought an LTE unlocked Playbook in the US just today. Have the leaked .1753 OS for my non LTE Playbook. Can't figure out how to get the Telus version so I can upgrade from the stock .1088. I have the executable update file for the non LTE playbook for .1753. Will that work on the LTE or is it missing the mobile network files?

Danger. Danger Will Robinson. If you run the executable on your 4G Playbook, you'll lose your 4G capability, perhaps permanently.
