Hello everyone,
Recently I decided to take interest back into my blackberry playbook because it seemed to be a very able device,
but as I tried to turn it on, the system instantly went to the red light for 15 seconds to 5 green flashing lights, after
trying many methods (inc. stack charging), my device will not turn on. the best thing I've got it to do is repeat the cycle
Red light -> Blackness -> red battery with lightning bolt -> green light. It does this when plugged into a 5v2.1A output.
I can not try the original charger because I lost it many years ago

You need to to get the correct charger dude

Or you can mod a spare USB so the picky Playbook takes the charge.

Instead of cutting it in half, I suggest not touching the red and black cables (because you'll be reattaching them again), work your way around them.

I have done that, and it works.
