    When I first got my tablet running I had to make another Blackberry id account since I forgot mine. (Anxious to get on it don't ask) Now it won't let me sign out. It says wrong password. I changed my passwords twice already and it's still the same thing. Is it, because of the new software?

    You will have to do a security wipe and run through the setup process again...

    Yes a security wipe will fix your problem if you use your old BB ID when initialize your PB.

    Did you try forgot password?

    They will email you a link to change it to something you will remember.

    If there isn't a forgot password link on the PB you can go here.
