Not sure why this couldn't be in the other 5 threads about a release..

Nothing will be today. If RIM were to ever announce anything it would have been on day 1, or maybe even at an opportunist view, the final day/word.

I guess I should admire the "optimistic to the end" virtue at work here.
I make the prediction now that there will be no release date officially announced. This would be the venue to do it in since its the last one of its size before the end of Q1.

I imagine at this point RIM feels they have given a release date without understanding that today's streetsmart and well-informed consumer expects- and receives- a more accurate "date" than being left with a vague 90-day time period as an answer.

Don't get me wrong. I don't think there will be any set release date here. If there was it would have been at the very start, at a very big push right at the "end". Never in the middle.

I will say though, you in the US have a lot more info about this compared to us here in the EU. Especially since the UK is the "priority market".

Hmm, i like that case. I've said before I have a feeling i'm going to throw my PB around a lot, like when i get ack from work, or generally be rough with it.

That case looks like it might be good for me, as I will also use the stand in it at my desk.

It's just you. That image looks quite right for a 7" diagonal screen tablet.
