This may be a stupid question but i just got my playbook last week and downloaded your version of bridge for my 9800... my question is what is the BES installer for? Do i need to download it aswell?
Not unless you're on a BES BlackBerry Enterprise Server which I doubt if the BIS BlackBerry Internet Service is working.

For BES admins only, no need to download it.

Looking for same question. How do we get it to work with a Z10.

    There is a work around...

    Turn on your wifi
    Turn off your device
    Remove your SIM card
    Turn on your device
    Go to BlackBerry World
    Download Bridge
Test with your PlayBook (confirm browsing works)
    Turn off your device
    Replace your SIM

If you ever have to update Bridge or the Z10 OS, use the same workaround to update or re download Bridge.

There's a post about it somewhere but I can't search for it at the moment.

Bridge is at v3.0 on BlackBerry World, but AT&T and CSpire users still have to wait for rroyy to get the OTA from RIM

With the Z10, do you set up bridge (connect it to your phone to playbook) before or after you replace the sim card? Thanks.

You can test bridge to playbook before replacing your sim. Then replace your sim. Remember to delete bridge from your phone each time there is an update and repeat the previous steps. Ignore the update message from BlackBerry.
