Checked for updates on Bell Canada, nothing. Which carrier are you on?

2.1.0.32 is available for the Bold 9650 on OS6 for Sprint. An App World notification just showed up on my phone and I'm downloading now. The release notes says:

This update includes bug fixes for text messages and pairing.

ROFLMAO I think you can guess his email address if you put on your thinking cap instead of the dunce cap your first grade teacher made you wear. People will be complaining about too many updates

My attitude is an incremental update ever few weeks with small improvements and bug fixes all the time is great. Like Microsoft update, they just get applied.

I lost the ability to browse through bridge I now get a carrier message screen saying not allowed. I use Cspire and before this update it didn't matter if I had wifi or not all worked. Now I can't browse, its like the carrier's can now detect bridge browsing now. That was the best feature of the PlayBook. This sucks.

You might want to visit RROYY.com. Delete Bridge on your phone and grab a copy from that site USING YOUR phone. See if it works - it works for AT&T which tried to block bridge browsing.

Not the case with Sprint. I got Bridge 2.1.0.32 for a 9650 on OS6. I killed wifi on both my phone and Playbook. Then I opened the Playbook browser and went to speedtest.net. It reported a RIM IP address and the speeds reported were definitely Sprint-like . Then I turned on wifi on both the phone and the Playbook and refreshed the browser. It reported an IP address for my ISP and much better speeds.

So, at least, Bridge 2.1.0.32 downloaded via App World does not stop Bridge browsing.
