There was certain features in my BlackBerry App World account I cannot get to see and am wondering how I can get to open my account in my browser.

Would it be wise to try and delete my bb AppWorld from bb PlayBook and run the risk of trying to install BlackBerry App store again?

if you delete you account you will have to do a full reset to get it back it think. Actually you cant delete it to my knowledge. You might be able to sideload the bars back on there. I am not sure if that will fix what you are trying to do though

I found that if I use the Origami Browser, am able to open my BlackBerry App World inside on my PlayBook.

I did think I would be playing with fire if I took that drastic approach, which is so long, but thanks for the guidance.
