I have a Best Buy and Walmart locally that I know of which sell PB.

Are there places, Brick N Morter or Web which sell it for less, have better support, etc?

If I buy the 16GB, can I increase later??

there are have been threads on here about bad best buy experiences from customers.read them.best buy should be your last option for the pb.if you buy the 16 gb,you can't increase it. you will have buy the 32/64 gb model separately later.

Wal-mart is cheaper than BestBuy.

Get on kijiji/craigslist. You can pick up a 64gb brand new for ~$450. They devalue worse than a Cadillac.
