Video chat is on the main page of the playbook. Where can I get the playbook PIN number and how many digits should it be?

The PlayBook fin can be found in the settings page, under the hardware dropdown. Can I ask why you're looking for the PIN? It isn't really needed for anything.

isn't that what you would use for video chat on the playbook? If I gave it to my daughter thats what she would load to coneect with me.

You most definitely can use your PlayBook PIN for Video chat, but the easiest way is using your BlackBerry ID. BlackBerry ID is the future of connecting with other people on the BlackBerry platform, gone are the days of crazy PIN numbers

Where do I find the settings page/hardware I hit the icon to the right of the battery level in the top right corner, but there is nothing for hardware or settings

So would that be under blackberry id then screen name? If thats the case I have 2 playbooks that have the same user name and screen name. What would I do to change one.

Hi dean,
Hit the gear icon next to the battery icon.
On the menu to the right select 'about' (edit: this menu is on your left...sorry)
On the 'about' Page touch 'general'
From that menu select 'hardware'
