    I have a purchased a new BP. After installing the Desktop Software (W7-32) the Media Sync is having a problem trying to connect to the BP. Shutting down and restarted several time, change USB cable, nothing works.

    Is it the McFee Internet Security that is preventing the connection? Would there be a way around this issue?

    Are you saying the Media Sync in Desktop Manager is having trouble connecting or the Media Sync app in Windows 7 is having problems?
