Updated my 9810 OS7.1 in the UK on Orange.

It has fixed the Bridge icon on the home page that never appeared before, apart from that i can see little difference.

I'm getting an error message when downloading from rroyy's site. Anyone experiencing this?

Never mind I finally got it to download!

Apparently so for now. Hopefully an OTA will be available for OS 6 soon.

When in app world try holding down the alt key and press rst. The update showed up for me after that.

Except that it almost certainly means that a PB OS update is coming very, very soon.
Such a minor revision level indicates bug fixes rather than feature enhancements. Stop twisting your nickers into a wad and exciting yourselves.

If you runnin' OS 7.1 yes go download from RROYY - APPLICATIONS (uninstall .25 before) If anything goes wrong (not works / it should) go to RROYY - APPLICATION ARCHIVE and download v .25 back
I downloaded .26 from rroyy site. I did not uninstall .25 first.
    All is good!

    As always, thanks RROYY!

I must be the only one here, but my Bridge version shows 2.0.0.35 on my rroyy loaded Torch 9810 back during the PB OS2 update. Does anyone else show this version?

I just landed on this thread and haven't read many posts, so my bad if its been covered.......rroyy has it. I just d/l'ed it, restarted my berry and it seems to work well.
Haven't noticed a differance yet. Will report back after I've had a chance to use bridge outside a wifi hotspot.
    Good job rroyy!!!!!!

Installed on 9900 7.1.0.267. Working better for remote feature, also some settings I didn't notice before for trackpad/screen responsiveness (but may have been there before).

Where did you get 7.1 OS from? Is it a leaked version? I have 7.0 on my 9900, but when I check my phone for updates, it says I have the latest update.

Appears to be the case. Hope this doesn't signal an end of support for OS 6 devices.

I think this update resolves issues with other bluetooth devices. I have a Jawbone Icon that would delay 3-5 seconds before connecting for media playback or phone calls. Now it is almost instant connect, just like it was before I updated to 7.1 on my 9900. Don't know of any other fixes or patches.

    To those with 7.1-
What could be different in 7.1 -7.0 that might require a bridge update? Something to do with the hotspot?

Try deleting Bridge from your phone....restart device.....and then go to Appworld and download Bridge. You should get the latest version that way.

Seems to have fixed the typing from BB.

Last time I tried, the words got all scrambled up, hilariously.

Posted from my BB 9810 OS 7.1 using Bridge .26

Seems to be 7.0 or higher. Certainly not 5.0. Tried uninstalling Bridge and then reinstalling. Same version -- .25
