    Running a Verizon Storm 2 with a 5.0 Hybrid.

It pairs with the PB and all the bridge icons show up. Then when I click anything dealing with the bridge I get this message

"Blackberry Bridge is Disconnected: The password was incorrect. Please try again"

There was no password prompt.... and then I click OK and nothing happens, the prompt won't go away, but I can see it's selecting OK and it doesn't appear to be frozen except it doesn't do anything.

after alot of testing and hours on the phone with tech support, i believe the problem is with my hybrid OS. i set up a bold on our BES with a password and used a official OS and the bridge worked as it should. So anyone having the messasge, ask yourself if you're running a hybrid OS? im going to load a stock OS on my storm 2 tomorrow and confirm my tests.

coming back to report. I loaded stock 5.0.0.1015 os on my Storm 2 Verizon and the bridge function now works

I was running a 5.0 Hybrid with a lot of 6.0 files in it, obviously the PB didn't like that

You probably have an IT policy enabled. Options, Security, type buyr. If so, you are out of luck for bridge.

I already mentioned I fixed the problem, the problem wasn't my IT policy. The bridge works with our IT policy

That's encouraging. RIM technical support told me that if my IT policy was enabled, I could not bridge, end of story (unless I had support of BES admin). You didn't need your admin's help to bridge?
