I'm on the latest update, and I thought it was finally fixed only because I finally seen my PlayBook hit 99% instead of skipping it. Right now though, my battery has been at 0% for almost 10 minutes now. I've actually been trying to kill it, listening to music, browsing the internet, and such.. My PlayBook is either a trooper and just doesn't want to die on me, or it still wasn't fixed in this issue.
Update:
After a little over 10 minutes on 0% it finally shut off. It just seems a little odd to me because I don't usually have it stay on a certain percent for so long while I'm listening to music and browsing the web.
discharging a new battery to 0% and then recharging as you have done currently will help the OS to calibrate the battery, so that you may expect it to show correct levels of battery usage henceforth.
