After reading this thread, I installed AAM and saw there were a few side loaded apps running. I believe this is my problem. Just wondering is this app safe with giving it Internet access? I'm just one of those paranoid giving Android apps permissions.

Between apps, retailers, frequent flyer programs, cookies in general, and the NSA, who knows?! But I haven't experienced any problems with this particular app.

Mine seems fine, I do have the update, I can last a week or better in standby. I hardly ever shut the thing down completely, except for updates. (But the inevitable day will come when it no longer holds a charge either.)

Curiously enough, I had to do a security wipe of my Z10 recently though, the battery did start tanking and I couldn't find the cause or causes. It's been fine ever since.
