    I live in Guatemala

    When i bought my playbook it cost me $300 while i visited the US last month.

    Today i was in the mall and went throu a couple of stores and saw the prices
    in average they were:
    ipad 2. 16 GB was at $585 wifi
    Samsung Tab 7" $460 wifi
    Playbook $650 16GB

    crazy prices, huh?

    oh well the taxes....

    I'm pretty sure only the 64gb version is that price... Unless that retailer has some crazy markups.

    Not to mention that PlayBooks currently have a $100 mail-in rebate.

    yeah... but that doesnt apply in here... so... no wonder why the market in here is ruled by iPad.
