Okay here's one. Is there a way to tether the PB and BB, but go around the Tether Internet option the PB provides?

I think you have only 2 options at the moment.

Either BT Tether pr BT Bridge.

Not sure if anyone has made or will make a tethering app for the PB.

the OP was referring to the Playbook.. and not a regular BlackBerry smartphone.

This app is ONLY used to tether a PPC<>BB phone, NOT a PB<>BB phone

As stated, PB has it's own two methods to tether.
If you are having a problem with your connection then do a search on this forum (For example, iPhones have had some problems and some ATT BB's too).

Thanks to everyone's thoughts/comments/ideas. For whatever reason its now WORKING. I have tethered to PB and shut it off and then on, then off, then on.. and knock on an IPad.. my Tethering is working.
