Did you order from the crackberry store or elsewhere?

If you did order from crackberry then I'm not very happy as several people who ordered later than I did (April 9th) seem to be receiving their orders first, which definitely isn't right.

Yea I did, the canadian side, might have something to do with it, maybe US ships from somewhere else, I dunno.

Pity - I'm in Paisley so I go to Owen Sound all the time, so I got mine at the Source a week ago. How much are you letting it go for?

Been waiting since 4/8, so I canceled my order yesterday after contacting store with question on status; they told me mid June. I have a friend who's currently in Canada and asked him by The Source and picked on up for me instead.

Demand is exceeding manufacturer supply deliveries so patience is a virtue and as I have mine now for aboout three weeks - definitely worth the wait as managing some Browser pages shows much improvement with the mouse cursor instead of pinch zoom in and tap touch..... speed on keyboard is picking up with email messages replies now.....
Learning the suttle aspects but enjoying the added functionality with the PB.

I emailed the CrackBerry Store last night reference my keyboard and also pointed out that it appears, from other peoples forum reports, that keyboards are not being shipped to satisfy orders in the order in which they were received, this is the response I received:

We have been in contact with RIM and they are experiencing a delay in production at this time but they assure us that they are working hard to resolve this issue and get the the BlackBerry Mini Keyboard w/ Convertible Case for PlayBook in our warehouse so that we can ship them to you.

At this time, RIM is not able to give us a definite date on when we will receive the shipment with your BlackBerry Mini Keyboard w/ Convertible Case for PlayBook on it but once we do receive it, we will email you immediately with the tracking information so that you know it has shipped and when to expect it. Please be aware that orders are filled from our warehouse in the order they were received.

The last sentence was interesting to me, basically stating that orders were being filled fairly with relation to the date they were placed which basically contradicts reports we are seeing here in the forums.

Strangely enough, after emailing shop crackberry last night and receiving the reply I posted above this morning, I just received the shipping confirmation for my keyboard.

I think someone posted that they ordered from the Canadian Store - maybe they have different inventories in the US (Florida???) and Canada???? Or just different calendars!!!

Yea, was just a thought because the item took forever to show up on the .ca shop because of the source in canada I assume. Yet could get it from the .com site.

Every time I clicked on the item from the crackberry.com main page add on the side I always got directed to the home page of .ca store and not the item page lol.

Shipped on Thu, May 31st with USPS Priority Mail for delivery between Sat, Jun 2nd - Tue, Jun 5th. The tracking number of your shipment" for keyboard.

Yes, I ordered in Quebec, Canada on May 23 and received on May 25. It seems they shipped the keyboard from somewhere close to Montreal.

even after sending a concerned email yesterday and receiving their canned response, still no shipment email. I even started this thread earlier this month to review the keyboard/case. I must say this delay will play a big part in the review
