thanks. I spent 3.5 hours on the phone with BB. They tried to trouble shoot and repair with no luck. They then decided to have me send the playbook in for repair. hope they can fix-it or replace it with a new one.

The rep on the phone told me to expect OS2 in about the middle of Feb. Itwas was either the 15 or 18 he mentioned.

Glad you were able to talk to PB support, and hopefully you will get it back in about week or sooner.

We are all waiting for the Valentine's Day (+ or - a few days) for the update, and the closer it gets, the longer it feels.
