Link to such a device?

I know that there were things called usb-bridge devices a few years ago. They were reported to be slow with hard to fathom interfaces. They seem to have disappeared from the market. Are there new ones?

I've only seen some as recent as 2009. I found some on amazon. Not sure how "slow" they are though.

30$ for a slow transfer is better than no transfer I suppose. I may order one online if no one has one to test.
