Default another bluetooth and wifi issue on playbook!!! is it a failure product??!!

I have major issue problem with my playbook that i have bought two months ago, the bluetooth and wifi doesn't even working or turn on!!! couple days ago this tablet is over heating then suddenly shutting down and can not turning on (totally dead!!) for couple of day. lucky me this tablet finally back on work after. but the bluetooth and wifi still doesn't working!!!. so this playbook is useless without those two things. i have already tried to hard reset, restart, turning off and on, even a WIPE that make all my file gone. and now without the wifi and after wiping, this playbook just only an expensive dead toys! i cannot "PLAY or WORK"!

as i know, this thing also happen to most of playbook user. (same issue based on the article, comment, forum, etc that i found on the web). the question is.

is Blackberry Playbook a failure product?

so please RIM and or blackberry support team, i am a blackberry user for a long time, your brand image is in my head. even all my family are blackberry user. please don't make us dissapointed and ruin your brand image in our mind. i need a solution!

ps: i sold my previous tablet (it's a major brand) to bought this playbook, because i believe the playbook is better then that tablet. but after what happen to this tablet... it was wrong

Why don't you get it replaced? This is NOT common and is NOT happening to most users. Have bluetooth (bridged) and wifi ON, most (90%+) of the time for the last 3-4 months straight and no issues what so ever. Never shutdown, dropped, heated or anything like that. I would say get a replacement and see for yourself.

Seems to be like a factory default. If patented, your PB is defective : Call RIM or dealer support and ask for exchange.
Never read about this before, anywhere (since 2 moths googleing everyday over the PB), extrapolating to all PB seems more than excessive.

Well, you next responses may do the light.

I bought 4 playbooms for our team. One of them has the issue you describe and it is getting an RMA. The tech support from RIM is really good from my experience.

The only thing you've said worthwhile in this thread is that you have a "major issue problem".
Why would you suggest this is a "failure product", when clearly you got a lemon that should be returned or repaired?

I can only ASSume why he would say that, but I could be wrong. After all, the multiple exclamation points and questions marks were very much needed in the title of the thread

I have to disagree with the OP, this is NOT a "common" problem with the PlayBook from what I have read in the forums for the past six months. I do know that if my PlayBook was not working for TWO months I would not have waited that long to post or return it to the store. If theres no bridge or wifi why would you keep the PlayBook for TWO months? Some lies are better left UNSAID.....this is one of them.

I have to agree bad ones get thru. Side note looked at this earlier and it was closed.

Agree, this is not happening to "most of playbook user" as the OP stated, but the OP also stated that this behaviour only started a couple of days ago, not 2 months ago when the PlayBook was purchased.

As suggested by others, the OP should contact RIM for help/RMA.
