    Default Access "work" files

Hey everyone. I've been searching through here and on Google and couldn't find an answer to an issue I discovered over the weekend. I purchased a PB and use it for work while out of the office. I had the IT department hook up the playbook with enterprise email, and all works great. An annoyance is that I have to unlock the "work" domain, and links in my work email open in the work browser. Fine, i can live with it. The problem comes when I want to save a file and work on it.
Here's the situation: I wanted to use the PB to edit a word doc while I was out of office. I had a co-worker send me the doc file via email and I saved it (hold file and save as). When I went to the file browser, there were no files under "Work". If I just clicked the file in the email and open it in docs to go, the file opens (obviously as an email attachment). I can then "save as" in docs to go (which in theory should save to my Work files). Again, if I open the file browser, no files are listed. Now, if I open Docs to go and look under "recent" and select "work" the file I was working on is listed there. (and before anyone asks, my "work" domain is unlocked while doing all this)

How can I access files in my "Work" folder? I have also tried to access things through AIR browser and Ghost Commander, and have come up empty. I assume this is an issue with file access which my IT department put into place, but if this is the case, I would like to go to them with what they need to do in order to rectify this. They can be a decent IT department, but I find I have to tell them how to do things in order to get the job done.

    Thanks!!
