Crazy! It is the end of 2013 now, my friend. There are better tablets out there! Don't waste your money. Even a nexus 7 first gen is better. Playbook is a product mean to compare with ipad one, the 5th ipad just been released. Look around! For 30-50$ more you could get a better tablet.

Better for whom, exactly? Lots of different use cases. I may find the Nexus useful, but the PB is doing it for me and does everything I want it to. If the PB is working for the OP and is happy with the price, why chide his/her choice?

PB does everything you want it to, but other tablets can do it better. For the same money or a bit more. Op can get a better tablet. I mean that's OP' chose, all I'm saying is there are better tablets. I know here is a BB fan site, but don't be a blind. You don't have to refuse to accept that there are better products by telling people it does everything you want it to. The PB bowser sucks so bad for today's standard.

I am thoroughly pleased with my two playbooks that I even went out and splurged on a third one! I don't find the browser troublesome at all. Just got word that bridge was updated for bb10 so life got alot better for me as I can text from my pb's again. I have tried the nexus tablet and it isn't for me. I like my pb's better. Some people just have different taste and needs. Now the whole family can have a pb. I just get the 64gb

The PlayBook is a unique experience and despite being less capable than other tablets in the app department it still manages to hold its own when it comes to getting things done.

Catch up bro...We have 4 of em...three 16GB and my own 64GB...all of em used daily...great for pm's on CB app too...even the Z10 can't do that!

Simply put you will not find a 64 gb brand name tablet anywhere for that price now a days. Good buy.

You know whats really sad? Android and google play get more love on crackberry than BlackBerry and BlackBerry world

that makes for some great video chats,,, can the pb do group/confrence chats??? i'm the only one i know that has one so i've never used it...

Just an update! Received my new 64gig today and they actually sent me an old BlackBerry charger for a legacy BlackBerry instead of the playbook charger! I sent an email off to ask why? They replied back with an offer of a $40 refund! I gladly accepted! Total cost $63.50 for a 64gig almost new BlackBerry Playbook! Just wiped it and installed O/S and I am ecstatic to say the least!

I paid $500 for mine. I thought that was a lot. Now given what's happened with the PB I'd consider $50 to be a rip off. Not even kidding. I hate my Playbook and I'm so glad that my Q10 does everything that the PB should do better.

I just sold mine today on Ebay, and should have asked more!! I listed it for $175 with the mini keyboard and otterbox and it was gone within an hour!! Kind of bitter sweet made a little money and I'm gonna miss it, but needed a bigger screen the eyes ain't what they used to be!!
