Yea should be lots of goodies. I'm most excited for the android camera api's. Instagram skype etc will be worthy of another conversion attempt.

Instagram at least contains native code, which doesn't work with the Android Runtime on PB. Unless RIM have added some sort of dynamic recompiler to recompile native code to work on QNX, it still won't work sadly. Not sure if this is the case with Skype or not, lets hope not.

I can imagine Clewley reading these threads and just laughing maniacally as his fingers hover over the "PlayBook Dev 2.1 Update" button

It won't officially "work", it might just now work unofficially as a converted and sideloaded app, thanks to new camera APIs.
Anyway, I'm sure when it becomes available, RIM will send an email to all registered devs, and when they do, one of said individuals will post the link very shortly afterwards. Guessing the address will not be necessary.UberCurrency - Free currency conversion app for PlayBook.
