When in doubt, go for the highest. Believe me, you might not need it now, down the road you will. Whether it's a new apps or games or music or movies or files you need to store in your device.
Still with the 32gig after 1.5 years and still have space on it for more stuff, pictures, video, movies, apps, etc......16gig is just too minimalistic so move up!
