Default What is this icon?
I just got back from the Verizon store about an issue with my phone. They cannot resolve it. The issue stems from an icon which has appeared on my homescreen. I would LOVE to get rid of this icon.

Some facts:
- Not a missed call
- Not an unread message
- Not GPS

Attached is a picture of my homescreen with the icon in the upper left corner.
