Whenever i test my network settings, it always says TCP : Tunnel Failed.

Im on ATT with this phone, running 4.6.0.174. When i was running 4.6.0.155, i had no problems. I tried calling att for help, but they are useless because they cannot help me since this is not an ATT phone.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

i had a username and password associated with it instead of leaving it blank
