The only unlock code you would need would be the one to disable the SIM locks/personalization, which are already disabled according to your SIM card options screen.
After I replaced my wife's BB Flip, I was on the phone with T-Mo BB support. I asked if they would need to release the PIN before I could sell the old phone on eBay. They told me no, that a buyer could activate it on another network as long as the SIM was no longer associated with that PIN. However, we were talking about switching between two BB devices. That automatic PIN release might not occur if the previous owner upgraded to a non-BB phone.
It sounds like Rogers is able to register your PIN with their network, but T-Mobile yanks it back onto theirs. Talk to whomever you got the phone from, and have them release the IMEI from T-Mobile. You might also re-post your issue over in the T-Mobile forum, it's bound to get more views than out here in the 8220 wasteland.
