The customer is ALWAYS right
I really don't have an answer to your question as I am not with your carrier, but that being said why don't you just take it back to your carrier and tell them you are not happy with your choice of phones. I know for a fact that most carriers will do most anything to keep you if you are a good customer, and if for some reason they don't want to help you just walk one or two doors down to the next carrier and tell them you want to switch. They will give you the phone(s) you want, and give you credit on your cellphone bill to pay off your current carrier to get you to sign a 2 yr contract with them, (I personaly don't like contracts) Remember it's your money, get what you want for it.
