Hello all, I'm new to blackberry and I've been lurking the forums for a month or so, learning all the awesome things my new phone can do! I've managed to answer all my questions just by looking around but I've encountered a strange glitch I can't seem to find an answer to.

I connected to the desktop manager last night, backed everything up, added and deleted some extra languages and erased a pre-loaded game. After unplugging I got a SMS message and realized my ringer had changed to the in holster sound. I went to check it out in the profiles and upon going through the 40+ default ringtones, they're now all the same sound. Their names remain the same, but even the profiles set to use entirely different ringers all are giving me the same ringtone. It seems in my transfer the different tones all became the same file. I saw a similar problem around here where contacts were being given a custom tone, but that doesn't seem to be my problem.

I tried fixing this by restoring that backup I had made but it didn't help at all. Any suggestions? :S
