Default Reload software 507 & 561 help!!!!

My blackberry 8220 gave me a "Reload software 507" message so I tried to erase the devise and reload the software using Loader. It did not work, then it showed me "Reload software 561" and now it is back to "Reload software 507". Whenever I use Loader, halfway through at the last step it tells me that the device is not connected. WHAT CAN I DO???

I'm in the same boat! I've spent hours, like everyone else seems to. Sigh.

Try pulling the battery, plug it into the USB port with the battery out, start desktop manager, then reload the OS. Once you get to the point where it needs to re-initialize the phone (it stops the install), plug the battery back in with it connected to the USB. It should finish the reload after that.

When I was having problems with flip rebooting, this was the method I used to always get it back into shape.
