I have now spent the last 2 hours attempting to reload the OS from scratch from an error 102 on a Pearl flip. All five attempts failed and I ended up with an error 523. Rogers is usually about as much help as an Amazon tribesman. Does anyone know why I might be having such an issue getting a clean load on the phone?
