Infinite restart loop ???
If a battery in a Blackberry phone runs down to the point that the phone shuts down from a lack of power several things happen.
The phone is trying to start, the battery doesn't have enough power to start the phone, and the phone might be trying to find a data connection through the micro USB while you are trying to charge it. All this causes the phone and battery to work against itself in a loop, in the end if the phone doesn't find a charged battery to start with, it will go on like this forever.
The battery you have in it is probably damaged, it will run hot, and will never take a full charge again so you will need to replace it.
There is a new post in this section (Pearl Flip) by Schmoozer called "Infinite Restart Loop Solution" you might want to give that a look and see if it works for you.
