please help!

I recently had just the blackberry pearl, but it got water damange on it. I went in to Alltel (that's who I go through) and they told me they discountinued the pearl, so they gave me the pearl flip 8230, which isn't what I wanted at all! For one, this phone is slow, it's awkward to talk on, and I HATE the clock on the external screen, I honestly think we should be able to add an image on the front, like most flip phones, and it would still be able to have a small place for the time and still be able to show you you're texts and what not. Anyways, I did some research to see if I could change that, and I found that I can if I download the theme builder, the only thing is, the theme builder isnt working on my computer, I downloaded everything it says they require it, and nothing. Please tell me theres an easier way to do this?!? I'm going insane, I didn't even want this stupid phone, if I would have known that they discontinued my pearl, I would have just saved up for the curve or something. Anyways, thank you to anyone who can help!

Can't you just pick up another phone on ebay? Pearls are relatively cheap now days

Yeah, unfortunately you really are better off just bidding on a new phone. It's either that or consult someone about your computer to figure out why the program isn't working on it.
