Question No Browser Icon
My 10 month old BB was giving me some issues so they sent me a replacement. Today I had them switch over my contacts etc. Got home to find no browser icon at all with prompts telling me that I have no internet access on my new device. Do I need to just take it back to the counter again tomorrow or is there something I can do to activate it myself? I had it all before the switch.

Log in to your carrier's BIS site and change your PIN to that of the new device.

It is telling me to access BIS using my device which I cant do without internet. I'll just take it back to the Verizon rep. I am pretty sure she set it up today though and said it could take up to 2hrs before it asked me to verify, but that was almost 8hrs ago. I dont need it before tomorrow. Thanks anyways!

I rebooted and the browser icon is there. I should have done that hours ago lol.
