    Default increasing audio playback speed

Is there a media player available which allows faster playback of audio (mp3, wma, etc.)?

i don't think there is one with necessarily faster playback. i think that it's the quality of each. such as i'm pretty sure mp3 has better quality than wma

What I want is a player which will play 60 minutes of audio in 45 minutes, preferably with various speed settings.

My guess is that this just isn't a feature in high demand or else it maybe there is an OS/processing limitation and not enough computing power to do it.

I don't suppose there is real-time CPU logging (load vs time)?

    Default Late to question.....playback speed

Rockbox firmware has the best playback speed control that I have come across in the MP3 player market.

    Nothing for Blackberry yet, though.

If it's a file you've downloaded, you could change the speed in Audacity and export to a new MP3.
