Exclamation Help with slowness!

My Pearl Flip has been really slow lately when I have been texting. I have T- Mobile and I was thinking of upgrading to a curve 8900, but when I put my sim card in this phone will it also be slow?

shouldn't be, tho that depends on if you close applications when you're done instead of just pushing them into the background. try doing a hard reset (take out the battery) and see if it helps.

Slow like that often means you are low on free memory. If you have not already done so you may want to read and apply the suggestions in this thread http://crackberry.com/blackberry-101...rry-smartphone

The original 8220 OS had this problem. The typing lag was maddening. Upgrade to 4.6.0.308 OS and clear out unneeded SMS messages.
